Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PITCHSOL's website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you represent a company or organization, you confirm having the authority to bind that entity.

2. Scope of Services & Milestones

All professional software engineering, AI production, design, and marketing engagements are governed by bespoke Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Pitchsol and the client. Project timelines, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are outlined in each SOW.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon receipt of final milestone payment, 100% of all intellectual property, source code, repositories, Figma design files, 3D assets, and video masters transfer unconditionally to the client. Pitchsol retains no proprietary claim over client software.

4. Warranty & Defect Remediation

Every software product build includes a standard 30-to-60 day post-launch warranty period during which Pitchsol will remediate any reproducible bugs or functional defects at no additional charge.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial arbitration rules without regard to conflict of law principles.
